RA Royal Wholesale Refund/Return Policy

We strive to ensure every wholesale customer is satisfied with their RA Royal experience. Please review our policy below:
1. No Refunds on Good Condition Products
- We do not offer refunds for products delivered in good, sellable condition.
- If you wish to exchange an unopened, good condition product for a different item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs may apply.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or with defective items, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
- We will promptly send replacements for any damaged or defective products at no additional cost to you.
- Please provide photos and a description of the issue to expedite the process.
3. Return Process
- To initiate an exchange or replacement, contact support@raroyalcbd.com with your order number and details.
- We may require the return of the defective product for quality control purposes.
4. Final Sale Items
- All clearance, sale, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
